03 — General AA Process

Inside AA Machine + Offline Process

把 Image Sensor、Lens、Clamp 帶進 AA chamber 完成主動對位後,再以 60-min 級的 offline process 銜接後段,是把 AA 從單站動作擴展為完整 process 的標準節奏。

06 — Active Alignment for Supported CCM

從 mobile CCM 到 360° camera,6 種典型對位場景一次涵蓋

不論產品結構是 lens + VCM、wide FoV、periscope、PCBA panel 還是雙鏡頭 360° camera,AIC 都有對應的對位拆段方式與 glue 鎖定流程。導入時可以直接挑符合產品結構的 active alignment 模式,沿用同一套 6DoF AA core 與量產經驗。

從 Single Site 到 Fully Auto Inline,7 款機型挑對應節拍

整條機型族共用同一份 6DoF stage mechanical accuracy;差異在 motion type、loading 自動化等級、AA head 數與 emulated optics 的選擇。從研發單站、wide FoV semi-auto、dual sites 到量產 inline,依產能、Wide FoV 級別與導入節奏挑對應機型。

前段 AA 共 2 款機型(180° / 210° wide FoV,皆含 adhesive dispenser 與 UV light source),後段 Final Test 共 3 款機型(dual rails 與 rotary 兩種 motion,含 SFR / bright & dark field / color test 與 collimator 對位)。Uniform light source 全為 semi-sphere;emulated distance 全為 30 cm — Inf.。
