What we collect, and why

Contact form

Name / company, work email, country or region, and what you tell us about your project. This is delivered to our sales inbox as email so an engineer can reply; the website itself keeps no database copy of your message.

Datasheet requests

Business email, company, and country, together with your consent choices. We use them to email you the download link, follow up on the request, and — only if you tick the optional box — send product and technology updates. These records are stored for up to three years.

Planning tool

Your name / company and email. The planning tool needs no sign-in: pressing "Save" or "Export" asks for a name and an email, then hands the layout to your browser as a file on your own computer — the plan itself is not uploaded. Only when you press "Send this plan to AIC" are the plan's JSON and HTML emailed to our sales inbox together with your contact details; the website keeps no database copy.

Technical logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and rate limiting; those logs are retained and deleted by Cloudflare under its data processing terms.

Analytics

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, performs no browser fingerprinting, and does not track visitors across sites; it reports aggregate figures only — page views and referrers — which cannot identify an individual visitor. The site runs no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Where your data lives

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, and storage). Transactional email — your datasheet link, our reply notifications — is delivered through Resend. Both providers process data on infrastructure that may be located outside your country. We do not pass your details to any other third party, and we never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails

Kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry and the business relationship that follows.

Datasheet request records

Up to three years, then deleted automatically.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you — send the request through the contact form on this site and we will act on it promptly. Marketing updates are opt-in only, and every update email includes a way to opt out.

Local storage on your device

The site uses your browser’s local storage for interface preferences only — for example, remembering that you have dismissed a guided tour. None of it is used for tracking.

Changes to this policy
